
A BIT ABOUT US
Hey- we're Duane and Rebekah. We started this journey as The Green Microstead selling microgreens and then salts that we made using dried micros and peppers from the garden. We have long been fans of fresh, local, and organic food that will bring health to our bodies and community, not harm.
We stopped growing microgreens commercially a couple years ago for a few reasons but continued to sell our fabulous salts. We have been making healthier ice creams for years including dairy-free ones because I (Rebekah) have a dairy allergy and could not find a single one in the stores that wasn't packed with sugar and things that made me sick. Duane invented an AMAZING protein pudding as a way to get more protein into our lives and friends kept telling us that we must sell it, so we decided to jump in and do it!
We changed our name to Table and Trellis, a name that is not microgreen specific. Table a nod to the importance of a table and gathering there for food and community, and Trellis is a nod to the garden and all the nourishment and life lessons to be found there.
Sharing foods that bring joy and health is a passion of ours and we are delighted to have you join us on the journey.
