Our microgreens are grown with organic seeds (always non-GMO)
using organic practices.

LEEKS
Leek microgreens have a lovely aroma and a
delicious onion flavor. They are the star of the
Leek Onion Garlic Salt.
High in Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.

BROCCOLI
Broccoli microgreens are a go-to for their sulforaphane content, which is used for its cancer-fighting properties.
Our broccoli microgreens can be found in the Sorta Sicilian Seasoning, the No Salt Sorta Sicilian Seasoning, and in the Mushroom Microgreen Salt.
High in Vitamins A and C, sulforaphane, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.

CILANTRO
Cilantro micro herbs are deliciously fragrant. They are found in our Cilantro Lime Salt.

Cilantro is high in vitamins A, C, and K, folate, potassium, and manganese.

AMARANTH
Red Garnet Amaranth is absolutely stunning with its bright pink and red coloring.
The earthiness of the amaranth pairs really well with rosemary, so we grow it for our Amaranth Rosemary Salt and the Amaranth Rosemary Garlic Salt.Â
Amaranth microgreens are high in protein, Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron, beta-carotenes, thiamine, niacin, potassium, manganese, zinc, and copper.

KOHLRABI
Kohlrabi microgreens have a mild turnip and broccoli flavor and are prized for their heart health benefits, for regulating blood pressure, and as a disease and cancer fighter.
We use our kohlrabi microgreens in the Mushroom Microgreen Salt, Sorta Sicilian Seasoning, and No-Salt Sorta Sicilian Seasoning.
