 Our puddings have between 33 to 47 grams of protein per serving. 
The dairy-free puddings have bone broth protein and the dairy full ones have whey protein. All puddings have eggs.
 
If you order a batch of 4 puddings, you can cusomize them somewhat. (flavor variations, keto, alternative sweeteners, chocolate shell additions, etc.) Please contact us for special requests.
