OUR MICROGREEN VARIETIES

Our microgreens are grown with organic seeds (always non-GMO) 

using organic practices.

SWEET PEA SHOOTS

Sweet Pea's tender leaves make a delicious addition to salads and they are a fantastic ingredient in soups and stir fries, maintaining much of their firm texture once cooked or sautéed.

Crunchy and succulent.

High in Vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, folic acid, protein, fiber, omega-3, and micronutrients.

Great source of antioxidants.

LEEKS

Leek microgreens have a lovely aroma and a delicious onion flavor. They are the perfect complement to almost any dish and even just a small amount can be used to replace onions in a meal. 

High in Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.

RED KALE

Red Kale microgreens have a nice mild brassica flavor similar to broccoli microgreens. Great for adding nutrients to any dish and even for blending into smoothies!

Full of Vitamins A, B, C, E & K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, carotene, chlorophyll, amino acids, & antioxidants.

SUNFLOWER SHOOTS

A large, substantial shoot with a nutty flavor. 

Crunchy and fresh. 

Great as a base for a salad, on a sandwich, & for snacking.

High in Vitamins A, B Complex, D, E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.

BROCCOLI 

Broccoli microgreens are a go-to for their sulforaphane content, which is used for its cancer-fighting properties. 

Soft texture with a fresh mild cabbage & broccoli flavor.

High in Vitamins A and C, sulforaphane, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.

CHINA ROSE RADISH

The most popular of our three radish varieties, China Rose is the most mild but still boasts a strong radish flavor. 

This variety is the go-to for tacos and all other Hispanic foods. 

High in Vitamins A, B, C, E, & K, folic acid, niacin, potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, carotenes.

RAMBO RADISH

Rambo Radish is prized for its gorgeous purple coloring and makes a lovely garnish on a dish. It has a spicy fresh radish flavor. 


Rambo Radish is high in Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and essential amino acids.

KOHLRABI

Mild turnip and broccoli flavor. 

Kohlrabi microgreens are commonly used for their beautiful vibrant colors, but are also used for their health benefits to the heart and blood pressure and as a disease and cancer fighter.

High in Vitamin C, calcium, potassium, Vitamin B6, fiber, iron, and antioxidants.

BRASSICA BLEND

A delicious spicy mix of Broccoli, Rapini, Radish, Mustard, and Arugula.

Add it to anything that needs a kick.

Try on a sandwich or avocado toast. 

Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and sulforaphane.

BOK CHOY

Mild, earthy, slightly sweet, fresh, crisp, and light. 

High in Vitamins C, K, and E, beta-carotenes, and iron. 

Contains glucosinolates, which help to inhibit carcinogens.

GARDEN MIX

In the Garden Mix, you get the benefits of Broccoli, Kale, Red Cabbage, Kohlrabi, and Arugula all in one!

Nutty, fresh brassica flavors, mild spice, crunchy.

High in Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron, and beta-carotenes.

SPICY MUSTARD​

This spicy mustard has a sharp flavor that brings a zip to sandwiches, sushi, stir frys, & salads. 
High in antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C, E, and K. 
Grown using only organic seeds and practices.

TACO MIX

The Taco Mix is a combo of Micro Cilantro, Red Cabbage, and Radish. 

It is the perfect addition to tacos, nachos, tamales, empanadas, and so much more!

TATSOI

Tatsoi is a pleasant mild Japanese spinach. It works great as a base and as a compliment to other greens as it enhances their flavor. 

Great source of Vitamin C!

Also high in Vitamins A, E, and K, antioxidants, and fiber.

AMARANTH

Red Garnet Amaranth is absolutely stunning with its bright pink and red coloring. Gorgeous garnish for all your meals!

Amaranth microgreens are high in protein, Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron, beta-carotenes, thiamine, niacin, potassium, manganese, zinc, and copper.

CILANTRO

Cilantro micro herbs are deliciously fragrant and a fabulous garnish on any dish you would normally add cilantro to!

Cilantro is high in vitamins A, C, and K, folate, potassium, and manganese.
